Her instinct for storytelling has helped travel and experiential companies cut through the noise, clarify their positioning, and earn meaningful media coverage in competitive markets such as the USA, the UK, and Australia.
As the founder of Roam Generation, Erin leads a boutique team of senior PR specialists working across multiple time zones. Together, they bring a global perspective, deep media relationships, and decades of combined experience to every client they represent.
A lifelong explorer and ocean-crossing adventurer herself, Erin has built the agency around the kind of brands she believes in - those that spark curiosity, celebrate culture, and create experiences worth travelling for. Under her leadership, Roam Generation partners with boutique hotels, tour operators, expedition companies, and experience-led travel brands looking to grow their credibility on a global stage.

It all started with a boat named ROAM …
Roam Generation was born on the open ocean.
In the early days of the agency, Erin and her family made the decision to leave behind a conventional, land-based life and move aboard a sailing yacht named ROAM. What began as a bold lifestyle experiment quickly became the foundation for a new kind of global PR agency, one built around exploration, perspective, and the belief that travel changes how we see the world.
Running the business from remote anchorages, coastal villages, and far-flung ports offered something most agencies never experience: a front-row seat to the places, people, and cultures their clients represent. Travel was no longer an industry to work in; it became the framework around which the business was built.
Today, Erin splits her time between land and sea, leading a senior team spread across continents. That lifestyle isn’t a gimmick or a marketing angle. It’s a reflection of the agency’s core belief: that the best travel stories are told by people who are out in the world, experiencing it and seeing trends firsthand.
